But there are days when you lack motivation to do the things you want.

Other days when you just don't have the strength and energy to do them.

Days when you would like to have more time for yourself. A moment of solitude, in silence with you.

You know exactly what you should be doing, but in your day to day you don't have a clear mind, you can't "think well" to act, you can't focus on your goals.

You feel that everything that happens around you matters too much. And you cannot preserve yourself.

You get annoyed with yourself, with others, because of what happened and what would have happened.

And without realizing it, you are dragging stress, frustrations, bad habits, complaints, guilt.

Is it possible to find balance in our lives?

The world is upside down and we are looking for balance!

Dreams, those you yearn for, are hidden somewhere in your thoughts.

“Perhaps in another life”, you end up convincing yourself.

Or "maybe in this one" shouts another internal voice.

Maybe it's now, you think.

Aren´t we here to fulfill our mission?

How about closing our eyes and (just) breathing?

How about connecting with ourselves?
